Welcome . . . As a Border Colliebreeder, we carefully choose our world class bloodlines. In our kennel, we only breed dogs with certified healthy hips, excellent health, and great temperament. For each of our breedings we find the best partner for our dogs - according to bloodlines, health, structure, working ability and show potential. There are always specific goals for every breeding at Faodail. We hope that you enjoy browsing our page, and if you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Note: I do not return dogs that I find in the shelter, they are fair game and it isn't hard to take care of dogs on here. Judges Favorite Owner: 16 times Club Registered Dogs: 0 For potential buyers; a puppy from one of my litters will be sold with various guarantees (listed below) to promise you that the dog you will be receiving will be of the best possible quality. As I am working my hardest to bring you a dog who will excel at whatever task it is given, I expect you to excel in it's care. I am not giving you any specifics ("feed water and groom ever day", "vet once a week", etc.) as I believe that every member has the opportunity to care for his or her dogs as inspiration seizes them, but I do require that one of my dogs never makes it to the shelter. If I find that a dog you purchased from me is in the Simdog.net Animal Shelter you will immediately be noted and your ability to purchase either dogs, graphics or other services from me becomes non-existant. If, for some reason, you cannot or no longer wish to keep a dog from my kennel, please provide me the opportunity to purchase the dog back from you before offering it up for public sale. Chances are that I will re-home the dog myself (and probably pay more than what you were going to sell the dog for within reason). Some of the guarantees I may or may not sell my puppies with (depending on the parents, previous breedings, and the pup prediction) are: • Perfect Movement: puppies' elbows and hips, as well as movement, will be faultless. • Perfect Temperament: puppies' temperaments will be sound with no aggression. • Genetic Minimum: puppies' will have a genetic score above a certain number. • Faultless: puppies' will have no more than one fault, and will likely have none. • Colour: puppies will have a colour that matches with a real life, standard breed coat. If a puppy you purchase with such a guarantee does not appear in the litter you have reserved a puppy from, you reserve the right to withdraw your reservation until two days after birth, at which point you will be sold whatever puppy is closest to your original request with a $500 return, meaning I pay you for the faults the puppy shows. If you choose to withdraw your reservation, you may re-reserve on a repeat breeding of the same litter, or choose a new pair when one appears. Should you choose to reserve from a new pair, you may reserve from the next (different) breeding, whatever that may be, or you may specify two dogs ("Should you breed Bitch 1 with Stud 7, I would like to reserve a puppy.") and you will be notified when that breeding occurs.

Breed Standard

Border Collies are athletic, medium-sized herders standing 18 to 22 inches at the shoulder. The overall look is that of a muscular but nimble worker unspoiled by passing fads. Faodail Studs

Strong females are the main building blocks of every successful breeding program, and their quality should be the main focus of every breeder, but a female can only produce so many puppies in her lifetime, compared to a male. It makes sense that only the best males should be bred and pass their positive traits on to future generations. One should choose from the best and improve on the quality of the puppies produced. Stud fees are based on the dogs overall quality, how well they do in the show ring and their genetic score. When you have requested one of my dogs, please message me twice letting me know. I will be checking your bitch's quality (which is essentially within 5 gene points of my stud, with two qualities and one or fewer faults- unless genetics are outstanding), and then probably accepting. If your request cannot be accepted due to low health, I will not accept a second request (unless it was a disease contracted within a few days). faodail. Breedings and For Sale

We breed our bitches on either Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Puppies are kept until Tuesday or Wednesday which is when their genetics raise to determine which stay here to be a crucial part of our breeding program or ones who are sold to other breeders or spayed or neutered. Questions and Answers

Will you buy my dog? Maybe, but I more than likely will not buy a dog that's offered to me unless they can benefit my line in some way. I do a lot of mix breeding mainly to Border Collies I've bred in order to get the flawless genetics I'm seeking for my line. Can I use one of your studs? Yes you can! Stud fees vary from $300 to $1500 and are based on the dogs overall quality, how well they do in the show ring and their genetic score. When you have requested one of my dogs, please message me twice letting me know. I will be checking your bitch's quality (which is essentially within 5 gene points of my stud, with two qualities and one or fewer faults- unless genetics are outstanding), and then probably accepting. If your request cannot be accepted due to low health, I will not accept a second request (unless it was a disease contracted within a few days). Can my male breed to one of your females? I'm sorry but no, the females we keep are not open for brood service. If females are of good quality we will most likely use up all of their breedings (3 for non upgraded accounts and 5 for upgraded accounts) to produce future generations so we can try our best to get pups that are of standard. Do you have any other accounts? Yes I do, I use #23097 as well. I currently breed Whippets on that account. Do you own any real dogs? Why yes I do! I own a total of four dogs, a 9 year old male Labrador Retriever named Hunter, a 4 year old female Labrador Retriever named Dixie, a 20 month old female Border Collie named Replay and a 18 month old Belgian Malinois named Mangle. I compete with all four of my dogs in canine events, all of whom are titled. We do mostly flyball, agility, dock diving, obedience, french ringsport and trick dog training. All four dogs will be getting their trick dog titles soon once I get paid (Hunter & Replay: up to ETD) and (Dixie & Mangle: TDCH, which is the highest trick dog title).
